Registration

All attendees of the 2026 Ciceronian Society conference must register and pay using the form below.

All registration levels will increase by $20 after January 1, 2026

Payment:

  • Payment can currently be made via credit card, PayPal, NeonPay, or by mailing a check.
  • Need a more detailed receipt? Please let us know by email at info@ciceroniansociety.org

Registration includes:

  • Access to the conference programming and hospitality
  • Refreshments during the conference
  • Meals during the conference
    • NOTE: We’re exploring a different schedule format from previous years, but all meals during the regular conference will be covered. This will likely be, at minimum, Thursday dinner and lunch on Friday and Saturday.

Refund Policy:

  • Full refunds for registration will be issued if the Ciceronian Society is notified by email (info@ciceroniansociety.org) before February 12, 2026. 
  • Refunds requested from February 13 through March 10, 2026 will be issued at 50%. 
  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after March 11. 
  • If, for whatever reason, the Ciceronian Society must cancel the event, a full refund will be issued.
  • If you register and then receive a Faculty or Clergy Fellowship, we will refund your registration.

Please note that on-site and pro-rated registration will not be available.
